The international scientific journal “Historical Verticals” was founded in 1991 on the initiative of the first President of Georgia, Zviad Gamsakhurdia, but due to the political processes developing in the country in those years, its publication was soon discontinued. The journal was restored in 2002 on the initiative of professors Givi Maruashvili and Igor Kveselava. Currently the journal is published 4 times a year. The journal publishes scientific works of Georgian and foreign authors (professors, researchers, analysts and doctoral students) in the field of history, politics, public administration, international relations, law, social and human sciences, sociology, philosophy, psychology, etc. The activities of the journal are regulated by the Press Law. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the published materials.
