RELATIES OF GEORGIAN WRITING AND THE COMMUNICATION

Abstract

Georgian script is ancient. It was created in the centuries BC and already in the V century A.D., a prose masterpriece ,,The Martyrdom of Saint Shushanik’’ was written. This era is considered as the epoch of notable appearance of Georgian intellectuals: having Tsurtaveli in Georgia, Ioane Lazi and Pepre Iberi raising fame in Maiyum , by that time, Phazisi Retoryc School already operating more than a century, where the foreigners along with the Georgians mastered oratorical art, and thus, the art of Georgian oprators (Partadze and Aieti in the V century, Grigol Khantsteli in the VIII century, Chakhrukhadze and Rustaveli in the XII century) of old ages does not astonish us. In the VIII century there were taught seven subjects, though Khantsteli learned much more. In the XII century there wera a ot of Georgian philosophers (Ikaltoeli, Petrirsoneli).

Despire of difficult quastions reised, our representatives of bellesletters and philosophic literature gave been constantly cared for the promotion of the word as the pupoce of communication. Rustabeli’s poem can nserve as the foremost of this, where the form and scholastism never oversgadw the repuirements of general theory of communicative function.
