THE ESSENCE OF TRANSNATIONAL THREAT AND ITS THEORETICAL-CONCEPTUAL PERCEPTION

Abstract

The geopolitical situation in the modern world is characterized by strong tension caused by acute historical, economic, political and social contradictions. The current difficult political situation has a strong influence on the foreign and domestic policies of the countries. Each state tries to protect its interests and the safety and independence of its population. To achieve these goals, governments formulate a national security strategy for the security of the state. However, the national security strategy adopted by one state may lead to a conflict with another state's strategy. The reason for this may be that the strategies of these countries may affect or conflict with the interests of the other party. Any country can find itself in this situation. Therefore, international organizations are an effective mechanism for fighting international threats, which, in turn, regulate the levels of impact on the security of other countries while taking care of their own security.

The research topic of the present article is the understanding of the essence of the transnational threats facing international organizations and the analysis of the modern mechanisms of combating them.
