Source Citation and Quotation Standards
1. Any paper to be published in the journal should properly cite relevant sources;
2. It is accepted to use only one type of source reference standard in the paper to be published in the journal; it is not allowed to mix different citation standards in a piece of paperwork;
3. The source should be cited in the form of a footnote using Arabic numerals. A footnote given in the text should be preceded by a closing punctuation (period, exclamation point, question mark). Using a footnote before the punctuation mark is allowed to clarify a single word or term.

Citation standards for the English language papers to be published in the journal are generally defined by the Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA), fourth edition. Under the decision of the Editorial Board, it is possible to use another standard of source citation in the special issue;
